About Me

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, where I owned, managed, and renovated student housing while working in our family's hospitality business—comprising a hotel, restaurant, bar, and apartment rentals—I delved into property management and private finance. Utilising my financial expertise, I ventured into purchasing and renovating homes and small rental buildings, eventually expanding into consulting on multi-residential apartment acquisitions and financing.

 

With over 30 years of diverse experience, spanning general contracting, property management, private lending, and hospitality, I offer a comprehensive wealth of knowledge and breadth across multiple businesses and markets. Now, armed with my Level 2 Mortgage Agent certification, I'm eager to advance my 30-year real estate career. What sets me apart is my direct, transparent approach. I prioritize honesty, ensuring my clients fully understand the services and options available. I tirelessly pursue the best deals, leveraging my expertise and extensive network to meet your needs.

Beyond work, I am passionate about travel, golfing, hiking, cooking, art, reading, and gardening. I am deeply involved in charity, having chaired the Kelly Silverstein Memorial Golf Tournament and continuing to chair the Michael Cundari Memorial Fund, where significant funds have been raised for leukemia research, community sports and recreation, and various grassroots projects, including school backpack drives, purchasing basketball shoes for kids in need, and facilitating access to mental health professionals, among other initiatives.
